The story of the Maiwald family is a testament to indomitability and determination. A journey that has not always been easy has strengthened us, brought us valuable experience and shaped us into courageous and resilient leaders of our time.
We plan to build another 8.5 MW biomethane plant, storage silos, an agricultural commodity dryer and new acquisitions.
In addition to new acquisitions, we are planning a new aviary for laying hens, the construction of a 10MW CEPS power plant and a 6MW biomethane station in Trebovlje, a 5MW battery storage facility.
We are building a 1MW power plant for SVR ČEPS, a chicken rearing hall, a new aviary, a thermoregulation warehouse for potatoes and a new silo cooling technology.
The company bought the Opatov farm with a biogas plant (1.2 MW) and opened an aviary in Dolní Dubňany.
A new gas-fired power plant was installed and biogas production was expanded.
A new aviary for laying hens was built in Dolní Dubňany and a more efficient spraying line was installed.
The company acquired biogas plants in Moravská Třebová (1.03 MW) and Nera BP (1.5 MW).
AGM Holding was established as the umbrella entity of the Group.
Ekoprogres Třebovle s.r.o. was acquired and the company deployed a robotic egg packer.
Egg production started and the construction of the first hall in Libotenice was completed.
The company purchased a second transloading wagon for more efficient harvesting and upgraded the train connection.
The company leased a poultry farm in Pohořelice.
Major investments in infrastructure and agricultural equipment continued.
Acquisition of ZZN Svitavy a.s.
Construction of the new headquarters in Venice has begun.
New Tiger Pronto and Dimond 270 machines for more efficient farming.
The land was expanded to 1975 ha by the purchase of Venezia s.r.o. Venice u Litomyšle.
The area increased to 1270 hectares and the company put into operation the first universal cultivator in the country.
A Case 450 crawler tractor was purchased and the first year we achieved an average yield of 9t for wheat.
AG Maiwald a.s. was founded.
The era of precision farming has begun thanks to the collaboration with NU Agrar.
The company invested in new agricultural equipment and infrastructure, and expanded the area to 1,100 hectares.
20-year-old Arnošt takes over his father’s company.
Arnošt the Younger obtained a trade certificate, cattle breeding ended and the farm was expanded to 625 hectares.
The barn for 42 dairy cows was renovated.
The first new harvester was purchased, Arnošt the younger became fully involved in the company and the area grew to 445 hectares.
Restituted agricultural property, including machinery and livestock, was restored.
The company started farming on an area of 33 hectares.
